Role Overview
The Site Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the site management team by performing daily administrative tasks that ensure project efficiency and compliance. This role significantly contributes to the sustainability and financial health of the company by managing documentation, supporting site operations, and enhancing overall project performance.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Manage project documentation, safety records, inductions, purchase orders, and site expenditures to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a key point of contact, fostering collaboration and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
Operational Efficiency: Drive the development and implementation of streamlined administrative processes to enhance project performance.
Site Coordination: Oversee site access, security, office facilities, and travel arrangements for personnel.
Desired Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills: Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in construction, with strong organisational, time management, and communication skills.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with construction site operations and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
Desirable Qualifications: First Aid Certificate and Certificate in Emergency Response.
