Job Description

CC Pines is seeking an experienced in-house Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team.  You may be located on the Northern Beaches/North Ryde and looking for an opportunity closer to home with flexible work options. 

We have unique projects in unique locations all around the world, and you’ll be our point of contact for attracting key talent.  You’re committed to finding the best candidates for CC Pines; seeking out those that are great team players wanting to make a difference and looking to secure long-term career opportunities in a growing Company!

This role is perfect for a proactive, relationship-driven recruiter who thrives on identifying, engaging, and securing top talent.    

On a day-to-day basis you will:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across the business.
- Proactively source candidates and utilising Job Boards like LinkedIn, Seek, AI tools etc. and our inhouse recruitment system, ELMO.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver successful outcomes.
- Engage candidates with confidence and professionalism throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Skills and Experience

About You:
- Proven experience as an in-house recruiter.
- Strong experience using Job Boards, LinkedIn, Seek and internal recruitment systems. 
- Flexible in approach and committed to partnering with HR Team and Business Heads. 
- Highly proactive in searching for and engaging potential candidates.
- Service oriented.
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
- Experience in the construction industry or project related roles is highly regarded but not essential.
