Role Overview: 
This is an opportunity to be part of an iconic project that showcases CC Pines’ innovative approach to construction. As Lead Contracts Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering our landmark project in the Solomon Islands, incorporating cutting-edge modular technology to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and quality. This role will oversee the sourcing, procurement, letting, and management of fit-out sub-contractor trades for a $100M building construction project.


You will be instrumental in ensuring contracts are created, negotiated, executed, and managed under favourable terms, aligning with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards. Your expertise will contribute to cost control, risk mitigation, and seamless project execution, setting new benchmarks in fit-out project delivery.


Key Responsibilities:
•    Subcontractor and supplier sourcing and procurement, including local and international suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors.
•    Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts to align with company objectives and legal requirements.
•    Identify and mitigate contractual risks in collaboration with legal advisors.
•    Ensure contract obligations and deadlines are met while maintaining compliance.
•    Act as the primary point of contact for contract inquiries and stakeholder dispute resolution.
•    Lead and mentor a team of contract administrators, ensuring high performance and accountability.
•    Oversee contract closeouts, ensuring all lessons learned are documented for continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:
•    5–10+ years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or contract negotiation.
•    Strong track record in managing high-value and complex contracts.
•    Deep understanding of contract lifecycle management and compliance.
•    Exceptional negotiation and risk management skills.
•    Significant fit-out experience, particularly in high-level coordination of complex installations involving detailed architectural, structural, and services trades.
•    International sourcing, procurement, logistics, and project delivery experience.
•    Cross-cultural awareness for handling sensitive international contracts.
•    Proficiency in contract management software (e.g., Procore) and Microsoft Office suite.
•    Ability to travel as required.
•    A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Economics, Quantity Surveying, Law, Commerce, or a related field. Trade qualifications are highly regarded.
