Job Description
The Role
We need an experienced HSE Coordinator to keep safety front and centre on our Narrabeen Sports Track project. You'll be on-site four days a week, working closely with the project team to make sure everything runs safely and without drama.
What You'll Do
Lead day-to-day HSE coordination across the project site
Manage safety documentation and reporting through Hammertech
Conduct site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks
Support incident investigations and corrective actions
Keep the project aligned with relevant WHS legislation and standards
Liaise with subcontractors, site management, and clients on safety matters
Desired Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring
Minimum 5 years' experience in an HSE role, with a background in civil, built, or major infrastructure construction
Proficiency in Hammertech is essential
Strong working knowledge of WHS legislation and industry standards
Relevant HSE qualifications (Cert IV in WHS or equivalent)
Solid communication skills and the confidence to hold the line on safety
A proactive, no-nonsense approach to site safety culture
